Are the bento boxes really leak-proof?
Yes for the silicone-sealed and twin-clip models. We test every model we carry. If a box leaks, we'll replace it free.
Do the vacuum sealers work with reusable bags?
Most models accept both reusable textured bags and disposable rolls. Confirm your bag thickness before ordering — we can check compatibility for you.
How do returns work?
Email us within 30 days. Items must be unopened with seals intact. Full refund, exchange, or store credit.
